ROLF'S Choice Sockeye Salmon is labeled in parts: "***ROLF'S CHOICE***SMOKED ALASKAN SOCKEYE SALMON*** Ingredients: salmon, salt, brown sugar, hardwood smoke***Important: Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use***".
