Candle-Powered Carousels | The recalled candle carousels are made of yellow pine and stainless steel and measure about 9 inches in diameter by 13 inches high. The candle measures about 4 inches high. The candle carousels generate heat which rotate the fan blade and can cause the center platform to spin. The carousel is made of wood with cutouts of trees and deer.
